Delivery Terms and Conditions
When will I get my order?
At check-out, you'll need to choose an appropriate delivery option. Some details on each:
Orders can be collected at our Bree St Cafe.
We will email you confirmation of when your order is ready to be collected. (As a general rule your order will be ready for you at the latest on the Tuesday or Friday that follows your order date after 13:00)
Greater Cape Town Area: R65, or free on spend of +R650
We dispatch orders twice a week around Cape Town, every Tuesday and Friday, during standard office hours: see the map below for a rough guide to areas included.
You will be notified on the progress of your shipment in one of two ways:
1. If we use a smaller, local delivery service, we will email you directly when your order has been dispatched - and it will arrive the same day during office hours.
2. If we use a large courier service, the courier company will email you confirmation of when your order has been collected from us, with a waybill number that you can use for tracking. Your order will generally arrive the same day, or the day following collection.
Rest of SA: R95, or free on spend of +R650
The latest your order will be dispatched is the Tuesday or Friday that follows your order date. Our couriered orders will take 1 - 3 working days to arrive at your door after dispatch, depending on your location and the size of your order.
The courier company will email you confirmation of when your order has been collected from us, with a waybill number that you can use for tracking.
Deliveries of subscriptions:
Subscriptions are now delivered/dispatched on the first Friday of every month. For couriered orders we may be able to dispatch earlier in the week - we do this where possible!
