This Catuai lot has an abundantly full-body, and relatively gentle acidity, which means that, despite being "classic" in nature, we don't need to push too hard to achieve that balance between roast induced caramel flavours, and the gentle natural sweetness of the coffee.
JR is a farm that has always been tough to grow coffee on, simply because it's aspect is all wrong.
