Salvadoran Single Origin:

El Zapote

- Light Roast -

The ferris wheel was the sweet spot of the fairground. Cherry red and towering, it was the brightest of attractions. In the safety of its carriages I felt as light as air, floating above the swirling scents of toffee apples and the sweet chorus of children’s laughter.

Burundian Single Origin:

Muramba Co-op

- Light Roast -

Our dinner table was a place where hopes were shared; empires built. Its smooth mahogany was the ultimate canvas on which to paint our dreams (as long as those dreams didn't disturb mum's 12-lemon centre piece!) By day its brulee-brown surface lay bare, but at night it was a savoury feast of visions for the future, seasoned with sweet memories.

Indonesian Single Origin:

Blue Batak

- Medium Light Roast -

It was the same Old Blue; clutching his grad cap with those dirty fingernails, smelling like a greenhouse - all herbs and earth. But there was something different. He appeared more refined. There was a gentle sweetness in his smile. More than ever his charisma shone bright, but his temper was muted; faded with the things of the past

Colombian Single Origin:

Narino

- Medium Roast -

In that civil twilight, between maple sunset and the treacle of night, we'd trail through the jungle. The papayas were ripening between the cacao trees, adding their napalm flair to the forest. Even in the midst of violence, Nature maintained the poise and perfect balance of her seasons.

Ethiopian Single Origin:

Shakisso Sidamo

- Light Roast -

When Spike tells a story, you listen. Every yarn he spins is pure silk. Just last night he was in the conservatory with the Colonel and the Prof - and Mrs Plum, too - telling them about that time in Khartoum with the perfumer who confused his cloves with his caramels. Now that was an interesting curry.

Kenyan Single Origin:

Gatomboya AA

- Light Roast -

The room was vast; cedar-panelled walls stretched up towards the ceiling, hewn from the rock of the mountain above. The throne, seemingly afloat on the light of the fire, was overlaid with hammered gold. Citrus sparks danced around its base, casting a warm glow on the king’s plum-red robe. He rose to address the knights, his rich caramel baritone silencing the assembly
